some issues detracted from the experience
small shower headclimbing rug
The air conditioning was a real problem. it would switch from perfect to freezing at random times. internal noise from other guests was noticeable. for the hotel's price, the small shower head felt cheap. There are better water-saving options available. also, a rug was coming away from the floor and climbing up the wall.

I found the staff to be friendly. They remembered my name each morning. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The breakfast offered a great start to the day with many options.
The room was somewhat small. There was limited space for luggage storage.

My room included a comfy bed. It was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very WELL. I also appreciated the tastefully decorated room. It was well maintained.

The breakfast included yogurt and fruit options. There were bagels, cereal, milk, and orange juice AVAILABLE. The coffee was good. That's very important to me. The breakfast provided a sufficient and satisfying experience.

The staff was very friendly to all my needs. Early check-in was accommodated easily. That was amazing. The staff also stored my luggage after checkout, allowing me to explore freely.

the rooftop terrace was beautiful. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. i found the cleaning staff to be great, they really kept the room tidy.
the room was very small. i could not move around without bumping into the tv or bed. the walking area was limited and i kept hitting myself on things.

The staff were very helpful. nothing was ever too much to ask. the place was impeccably clean. I appreciated this. i reminded me of i was in my own space when in my room and it was a super comfortable stay.
the room was overpriced! i felt it was a bit much, though the stay was generally positive.

the neighborhood wasn't convenient to shopping or attractions. my taxi had to park a block away with three big bags, it was inconvenient. the breakfast included was a continental breakfast, i expected more.
